The products that ES Technology Limited sells are warranted by their respective manufacturers and therefore the length of a warranty term may differ between product models

There are some basic warranty periods. It is for reference only

a. CPU, 1 year
b. LCD/LED panel, 1 year
c. Industrial PC motherboard, 2 years
d. Power adapter, 2 years

In the event of repair and replacement, please follow the RMA procedure.

Except as specified herein, ES Technology Limited makes no warranties, express or implied, and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Customers’ right to recover damages caused by fault or negligence on the part of ES Technology Limited shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer.
ES Technology Limited will not be liable for damages resulting from loss of data, profits, use of products, or incidental/ consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure:

Please follow the RMA procedures in order for products to qualify for any type of return to ES Technology Limited

1. Please ask for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from ES Technology Limited’s sales representative or email to [email protected]
Once you request the RMA number, you will receive a RMA form with a given RMA number

2. Please fill in all information on the form and send it back to ES Technology Limited (via email) or directly contact with your sales representative.
Once the request is authorized, you will receive instructions (via email or phone) on how to ship your item(s) to our office for repair. In general, the repair period will depend on different factory situation.

3. The customer is responsible for paying shipment charges when returning the product to ES Technology Limited.
ES Technology Limited will pay for shipment of the repaired items back to the customer, unless otherwise specified during the RMA process, for example on a DOA expedited return

4. Please pack safely and send the returning products to the following address:

Defective devices will be repaired or replaced with factory-refurbished units only if the device cannot be repaired.
ES Technology Limited reserves the right to replace some RMA products by similar-function products when the original defective products have been discontinued or are no longer being used.

5. For warranty expired products, please contact ES Technology Limited’s sales representative to discuss the case

An out-of-warranty product may be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished parts for a fee dependent on the manufacturer’s policies for that particular product. Products that have been damaged or misused may be deemed non-repairable at the manufacturer’s determination, and ES Technology Limited will in turn provide that information as provided by the manufacturer to the customer.

Out-of-warranty repaired or replaced items will carry the warranty specified by the manufacturer.

All shipping costs for out-of-warranty repaired and/or replaced items are the responsibility of the customer.

Fees for all out-of-warranty products to be repaired or replaced will be determined by the manufacturer. Issuing an RMA for any product does not guarantee that the product can or will be repaired/replaced.
