Smart Performance for the Edge While the high-performance SPC-9000 caters to mission-critical industrial systems, the newly released SPC-8000 targets the need for efficiency and compactness. Powered by the latest Intel® Processor N97/N95 (Alder Lake-N), the SPC-8000 delivers a strategic balance of performance and energy efficiency. With a TDP as low as 12W and native support for the Intel® OpenVINO™ Toolkit, the system empowers accelerated AI inference for applications such as Smart Retail analytics and optical character recognition (OCR), all within a palm-sized 1.1L form factor.
Optimized for Industry 4.0: TSN and 5G Connectivity Distinct from standard desktops and general-purpose IPCs, the SPC-8000 is built for mission-critical connectivity. It features a 2.5GigE LAN with Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) support, enabling precise time synchronization and deterministic data delivery required for motion control and machine vision. Furthermore, the system integrates an external Nano SIM socket for 5G/WiFi/4G expansion. This combination ensures ultra-low latency and high-reliability communication, making the SPC-8000 a superior solution for AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots), teleoperation, and real-time edge-to-cloud data transmission.
Immersive Visuals and Reliability Despite its compact size, the SPC-8000 does not compromise on visual performance. Enhanced by DirectX 12.1 and Intel® UHD Graphics (up to 24 EUs on N97), it supports Dual 4K Displays via DisplayPort and HDMI, delivering smooth, high-resolution content for Kiosks and Digital Signage.
